"Very nice overall; although steep-ish metal stairs made it difficult to bring larger luggage up easily. Easy check-in & great communication! Contacted them about a couple of concerns & was promptly answered! Plenty of light as well as electrical outlets, decently quiet neighborhood. 24 hr parking lots within a few blocks (if needed) and easy access to restaurants, shops, & bars. UDF directly across the street for snacks, drinks, etc. "

"Our stay was overall good! The space was the perfect size for four adults—any more and it might’ve felt a bit tight. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the toiletries were fully provided, which was a nice touch. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.We did notice a lingering odor in the building and encountered a few homeless individuals sleeping out front during our stay which may be something to be aware of.
