There were some issues that seemed out of their hands, so I am sure they were under a lot of stress. The issue while we were there was a towel shortage. There weren’t any towels in the pool ever and some rooms didn’t have towels. Every time someone asked they apologized but were waiting for them to be washed and/or dried. The hot tub was extremely hot, way hotter than it should be and the jets could be described as almost violent. There wasn’t a setting to lower the temp or the speed of the jets. We couldn’t show ID because we just came back from the pool. She was rude and not someone who should be working at the front desk.
