This 1,700-square-foot condo will accommodate up to seven guests and offers private wireless internet. This unit does not have A/C. A comfortable living room provides ample seating, a 36-inch flat screen with Roku TV, and a stone gas fireplace. Through a sliding glass door is the large deck, which includes a Weber gas grill and patio seating for four to enjoy the view of the golf course. The master bedroom has a king bed, a 26-inch flat screen with Roku TV, and a full en-suite bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a 26-inch flat screen with Roku TV, and access to the hallway bath with a shower. There is a full-size washer/dryer in this hallway as well. The loft above the living room contains three twin beds. Complex Features: No pets are allowed in Sunburst Rentals. The Sunburst Condominiums are located near the Elkhorn Plaza. Golf, tennis, and swimming are within walking distance. Mountain Rides provides free shuttle service to Ketchum, Sun Valley, and Warm Springs. Guests of Sunburst have access to the pools (summer only), saunas, and hot tubs at the Harker Center and Elkhorn Village. The Sunbursts also have their own summer pool and year-round hot tub. Elkhorn Amenities: One amenities pass is required for each guest using the pool, golf, or tennis (even babies). Please let us know all guest names so passes can be printed prior to your arrival. Winter Amenities: Village Facility hot tub, sauna, steam room open end of November to mid-April. Summer Amenities: Harker Pool is open from early June through Labor Day. Village Pool is open from July through mid-September. Tennis and golf open from May through October (weather permitting). Construction Notice: All Sunburst buildings will be getting a new roof over the next 2 summers. This building is scheduled for 2027, but work will be happening throughout the complex from May 1st to October 15, both in 2026 and 2027\. By booking during these dates, you acknowledge that construction will be happening during your stay, and construction noise will be audible from your condo. Please Note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. Kids loved camping in the loft together! TV listed in the bedroom wasn't present. TV in the master is connected to dish network only. DVD player is dead, and the TV doesn't have anything but RCA connections so we ended up trying to stream movies after skiing on my laptop, which wasn't great. Could definitely use an upgrade there. It has not been updated in any way EVER, and it was not very clean. Some of the dishes were dirty and it had a musty smell. There is still carpeting in the bathrooms where the toilets are and the linens were at least 25 years old. Then we discovered ants in the kitchen/dining area. I am all for "rustic,' but this was just old and not well taken care of. I gave it two stars because the location/view was fantastic. The TV's were circa 1995 and the pans all were scratched Teflon.The furniture was also 1995 or older. In need up an update badly!! The decorum/quality furniture and bedding is that of a 2-star motel. Upon entering, we were greeted by a damp moldy smell of the bedrooms and large Argentinian ants crawling around. Traps were installed and promptly ignored by the insects. The dishwasher was leaking, the cheap detergent distributed by the management company was leaving thick film on dishes. No laundry detergent was to be found anywhere. No extra paper towels, no plastic or aluminum wrap (which is often provided in other vacation rentals). Gas for the grill ran out after one use; Alpine Lodging refused to restock because the decks were supposed to be remodelled, even though ours wasn't worked on that week.
