It provides three levels of living space; the first level is the front door entry, where you will find the laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer, as well as a built-in wood bench to take off your shoes or ski boots before heading upstairs. The second level is where you enter the kitchen/dining, and the living room. The living area offers a leather couch and chairs facing the rock gas fireplace and a streaming 50-inch HDTV above the fireplace, which is for your Apple TV account (no cable). There is a small deck off the living/dining area. The dining table seats 6, and there is extra seating with 3 bar stools at the granite island in the kitchen area. The kitchen has all modern conveniences, including a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, alder cabinets, and ample counter space.

One bedroom is also on this level and offers a Queen bed and no TV. There is a full-size bathroom in the hall for this bedroom and for guests. The top level is where the second guest bedroom is located, with a King bed and an en-suite bath with a slate shower and bathtub, and a walk-in closet. The adjacent master suite has a king bed, en-suite bath with a soaking tub and separate shower enclosure, dual vanity and a walk-in closet, a desk, and a 42-inch HDTV for streaming (no cable). The master suite offers spectacular views of Bald Mountain and has a ceiling fan. High ceilings add to the airy feeling you get throughout the unit.

Ample storage, a full-size washer/dryer, central A/C, private wireless internet, and easy access to all that Sun Valley has to offer make this property a perfect place to call home. At 2,000 square feet, this townhome will accommodate up to six guests. Note: This unit does not have a phone, and there is NO GARAGE PARKING. The garage is available for equipment storage but not for parking a vehicle.
