Pool! This spacious and well-equipped home is perfect for a traveling family or two groups wanting to enjoy Sun Valley together. The main level features a generous family room and fireplace with a deck that looks out over the golf course. The kids will love having their own special play space with a padded climbing wall. Downstairs there is a master suite with a king bed and attached ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed that has a double bed on the bottom and twin on top. The third bedroom is down the hall with a comfortable queen bed. Upstairs there is a bonus loft area with two twin beds and plenty of space to stretch out for your morning yoga practice. In a pinch you can sleep a total of 10 in this home by utilizing the sofa in the living room as well. Located in Sun Valley's Elkhorn Village, enjoy access to tennis courts, pickleball courts, a swimming pool, hot tub, dry sauna, and steam room. Pre-authorization is required for a pass to amenities. The Village Hot Tub Opens on Saturday, November 29, 2025!!! The Village Hot Tub, Dry Sauna, and Steam Room are scheduled to reopen on Saturday, November 29, 2025 (Thanksgiving Weekend). The facilities will remain open through the end of the ski season (usually this is around April 15). ​​​​​​​The winter hours for the Village Pool will be Open daily 3:00 pm – 10:00 pm House Rules: \*Quiet Hours are between 9pm – 8am. \*There cannot be more than 10 people in or on the property at one time and no more than 10 occupants overnight. \*Please bring your own firewood if you wish to use the fireplace \*We do offer late check out and early check in, when possible, for a modest additional fee for our cleaners. An unplanned late check out really affects our cleaner's schedule. If you do not arrange a late checkout in advance, there is a $55 fee. If you do not checkout by noon, you will be charged an additional night's stay. \*This is a non-smoking house. $500 smoke mitigation fee will apply if smoking of any variety is found. \*Please remove shoes when entering the home to protect the flooring and reduce dirt intrusion. \*1-2 well-behaved dogs are allowed. There is a pet servicing fee of $45/pet. This is a one-time charge that will be requested via the Airbnb resolution center after you have booked. Please remove any dog droppings and dog hair before checking out. If pet hair or waste causes additional cleaning expense the expense will be billed to you. If discovered any unauthorized pets will need to be immediately removed and a pet mitigation charge of $500 will apply. \*Events (like a baby shower, reception, birthday party, etc) are not allowed. Unauthorized events will be subject to a minimum charge of $1500\. Additional charges for damage may also apply. \*Friendly reminder to please use the provided black towel for face make-up. So many of our towels and pillowcases are stained by oil-based make-up and our professional laundry service can't even bust these stains. We appreciate you helping us conserve our linens. \*Sometimes it's hard to know what sound level is too much so we use a noise monitoring device. It won't invade your privacy because it does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it only monitors the ambient noise level (measured in decibels). It is an end unit overlooking the golf course and mountains. Nice neighborhood and seemed to be very quiet. Sun Valley Lodge is a short drive away and we were amazed at how beautifully it’s been kept up. The condo would be great for families and children. Since there was only two of us we closed off most of the rooms so it felt cozy. Wood burning fireplace so pick up some wood if you would like a fire. ##### Janet R. The condo is large and spacious plenty of space for our family of 7\. The community hot tub is just steps away from the condo. The view from the family room is really pretty. They allow fires which was so enjoyable. If you are very picky this unit is older and may not be for you. They allow dogs which is great for dog owners but may not be for anyone with allergies. It was spacious and comfortable to hang out all day and was just a few minutes to both the River Run base of Sun Valley and the Nordic Center, only 1 min from Dollar mtn. too. It had a well equipped kitchen, large hot water tank, outdoor ski closet, and the hot tub/pool area was one building away. There is a 3ish mile hiking loop trail (winter too) just across the street off of Horseshoe road. Great for the dog. Seemed well stocked for those with kids as well. Quiet end unit. The main bathroom was nicely remodeled. There was no broom or vacuum and the floor was not very clean. You have to remove your shoes upon arrival and our socks were black in no time. The main window with a view is clouded with condensation between the panes blocking part of the view. The windows did not work well. It is fairly close to the clubhouse and we were able to use amenities although the pool and spa close to the unit were empty. The bike path is easy to jump on from the unit. It was a last minute booking since the unit we had booked was flooded and canceled on us. We had hoped for a little more luxury. ##### Lisa R. Stayed @ Fairway Nine many times. This Home is situated beautifully on the 9th tee @ Elkhorn. Great "end-unit". Nice Kitchen with induction stove. Master bed mattress comfortable with "Memory foam". Cons - Master bath is so small you have to step into shower to close door. Towels are \*very\* worn. Toilet paper is single-ply similair to RV use.
