The property features hardwood floors, new carpet, stone tile, stone and granite countertops, Whirlpool stainless appliances, wireless internet and a 55' flat panel Smart TV system for your enjoyment. The Indian Springs Condominiums are located in the heart of Elkhorn directly across from the Village Center. This unit comes with full access to the Elkhorn amenities. On the entry level you'll find the living, dining and kitchen area with vaulted ceiling open to the loft above. There is a small deck off the living room that overlooks a stream that goes into a small pond. There is a gas fireplace, 55' flat Smart TV system in the living area, dining area that seats 4 with additional seating at the breakfast bar for 2\. The kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless appliances including a built-in microwave above the flat top electric stove. The Master bedroom is also located on this level and has a Queen bed, flat panel TV/DVD with the bath located just off the Master with an oversize stone tiled shower with sliding glass door. Upstairs is the second bedroom with Queen bed, TV and hall access bath with a deep soaker tub and stone tiled floors and countertops. Down the hallway you'll find the loft area that has twin beds and the hall closet has a stackable washer and dryer. This unit comfortably sleeps 6 and offers spacious accommodations with great light in the living area. Condo has approximately 1200 square feet and complex offers free outdoor parking. You can access the bike path which runs thru the Village area and will get you to the bigger path that runs north and south of Ketchum along the Big Wood River with great scenery to take in as you ride or walk. The Village path will get you over to Sun Valley Village too for shopping and dining. All linens and towels are provided for you and we supply soap for the bath and kitchen as well and each bathroom has a hair dryer. This condominium is located in the heart of Elkhorn Village within walking distance to the free shuttle. The Indian Springs is also within walking distance from the grocery store and post office. During the summer months, golf, swimming pools, hot tubs and tennis courts are available at both the Elkhorn Village and Harker Center. The free shuttle picks up just a block away, which will transport you to ski lifts on Dollar Mountain, Bald Mountain, down town Ketchum, Sun Valley resort and Elkhorn resort. The pool and hot tub close early, 7pm and the pickleball hours are short. We went to play at 3:50 and they were closing at 4\. So we ended up going to the ketchup park to play. Upstairs queen bed may be broken as it tilts to the left side. Water to washing machine was turned off (not sure this was intentional). Bob, the owner, was so easy to work with when a couple things came up. It was clean and spacious and very well-stocked. Stayed 6 nights in Jun 2019 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Travis G. 20 Feb 2019 #### A Wonderful Ski Trip to Sun Valley! We had an amazing trip to Sun Valley! Bob, the owner, was super helpful! He provided us with a renter’s packet in advance that included all the travel instructions and details about the condo. They were very useful. Bob also answered several texts from me while we were there. He was very responsive and kind to help me with my many questions. We stayed in the condo with our family of six and it was great. It is not a huge place, but it is well designed so that it feels like there is much more space than the square footage would suggest. even with the six of us, we didn't feel like we were on top of each other like I have in other two bedroom Condos. It was well stocked with about everything you could want in the kitchen and bathrooms. It even had many kitchen food essentials like spices and stuff. Because of that, we cooked there for almost every meal. We also used the grill which was a nice bonus to have. We were there to ski, and it was awesome! It is about a 200-yard walk to the Elkhorn Lift at Dollar Mountain, which was running while we were there. We could also Ski almost all the way back to the Condo at the end of the day, It is also just a few hundred yards from the shuttle stop to take you to Dollar & Bald Mountains. We also loved the ski closet, to store your gear in, that you have access to on the main floor. We utilized the community hot tub every day and it was a treat. It is not within walking distance of the condo, at least in the winter. You must drive there, it is probably about a quarter mile or so away, but it was such a nice facility, that we didn’t mind the drive. Overall, we loved this place and we will probably be visiting again ##### Travis G. The Unit was in good shape and had everything that our family needed for our stay, including a kitchen stocked with basic cooking ingredients.
