Well stocked kitchen. Lots of space for our group of 3\. Communication with 3 Peaks was easy and they were very responsive. Condo is showing its age a bit as we had a couple of minor things that needed to be fixed (window crank not working and shower switch/flip needed repair). Both were taken care of quickly and didn't bother us at all. Hot tub was good and BBQ seemed quite new. I did email them, NO REPLY. So now I leave the review online. Construction workers showed up at the 8:30 am on the deck the last 2 days of our stay on ladders outside bedroom windows, tools and extension cords all over deck, patio table, hot tub cover. Hammering, sawing, painting, each day for hours, no notice this would be happening, no compensation for inconvenience, no apologies.
