"The room is a bit dated, but very spacious. AC worked well. Nice buffet breakfast included. A bit of a walk (15 min) to get to local restaurants, but convenient store is very near. Lovely beach front, would definitely stay here again!"

"First off the staff were amazing from the moment we drove up to the property, then with urgency getting a cart for the bags, the front desk were very knowledgeable ( if they didn’t know something they found out for you) bottom line very professional but personable. They just had a soft opening 5/25, we arrived on the 28th. Not being able to speak fluent japanese they all made an effort to help me. Mr. Sunagawasan spoke a little English and he mad such an effort to accommodate me and explain everything in details. We stayed on the 8th floor- the room was beautiful as well as comfortable. All the amenities you can think of and a little extra… The view from our bedroom over looking the pool, golf course and the ocean was amazing! What was our final decision to stay at PGM. Was the fact they drove you to / from the airport. Omg the buffet was ridiculously amazing . There was so much to choose from and I enjoyed the many beverages that they offered. They had a lovely pool with an eatery close by so you can order drinks and appetizers. We enjoyed the inclusive lounge they had for guests only. I can’t say enough about this resort. I will be back this year in November. I would like to thank everyone at PGM for a wonderful time. See you soon!"

"We loved The Palace in Moon Beach in Okinawa! Beautiful, tropical, and right on the beach for our family of 5 to enjoy! We woke up to a beautiful ocean view! Staff were amazing, with detailed checkin and luggage right to our door! Staff even showed us all our room amenities and suggested amazing restaurants nearby! This hotel was magical and we’ll have memories for a lifetime!"

"This was a beautiful resort! The rooms were spacious and thoughtfully done. Excellent views from any room it seems. The resort restaurant was tasty, we enjoyed breakfast there. There is music in the evenings, which was very fun. The beds were very comfortable- our most comfortable out of 5 hotels in Japan! The in room coffee isn’t fully coffee, so just go to the local Larsons if you need regular coffee in the morning. I would definitely come here again!"

"It's a quick walk to the convenience store which is nice. restaurants nearby. bus top is close. the air/heat worked fine. only negative is that the mattresses are not that comfortable, a bit too hard for my taste. other than that, the rooms are good for the price. also it's a quick walk to moon beach for nice views of the ocean. "An absolute gem. Staff really very nice, the room was nice, had a nice common area and small bar for guests, and it was very well located. Not a five star hotel, like many of the gigantic hotels in the area, but for what it was, an inexpensive pension, it was really great. No doubt about it, I’d stay there again, and rate it five stars."
