"You can tell Quality hotels converted an older building with the room qualities of their newer hotels. Staff were friendly, room amenities and bed were excellent (awesome shower) and included a continental breakfast (nothing cooked except waffles). Building exterior was dated needing a refurb, external stairs to rooms need to be updated, neighbor auto repair revving engine late at night, and breakfast offerings need to be more competitive with other chains to include hot food (eggs & sausage minimum) and coffee with some bite vs near hot water. Overall a very pleasurable stay resulting in a high sleep score!"

"This review is a little different than what I would normally write. We were asked a couple months in advance of our stay if we would be willing to transition to a different property than that one that is listed on my original booking. La Dolce Vitta Properties moved us to Bella Vita Estate, an amazing property! They made it seamless and proved us with more than what we planned for. We were upgraded. Our property was meticulously maintained and landscaped, well provisioned with all our needs. We enjoyed our visit and the community very much. I highly recommend both La Dolce Vitta Properties (I would stay at any of their properties!) and Bella Vita Estate. It was everything they advertised on VRBO, and more!Our host was so courteous and responsive to all our questions."
