"The property was better than advertised. Brand new and perfectly efficiently layed out for a family of 4. Kids loved sleeping in the loft and had their choice of beds. The house was immaculate and the linens were comfortable like home. We have a wonderful time at the house and skiing Sunday River which was a pleasant drive and easy to get to. The lake was our favorite!!"

"Lisa is a fantastic hostess. She felt like having a family member taking care of you. Her place was one of the most well stocked (higher quality products) homes I have ever rented. "We had a fantastic stay at the Riverfront Farmhouse. The design & interiors of this vacation home are well thought out...pleasing, intuitive & well appointed. The sighting of the house on the beautiful wooded lot is perfect for privacy, views of the woods and southern exposure. We spent several March afternoons on the sun filled deck. In addition, the hosts thought of everything to accommodate our comfort and needs. We felt welcomed and communication was excellent."

Access to the 2 kayaks and x-large canoe was huge benefit and that you can access another nearby lake/Dexter Pond that has awesome beauty was special. "Lovely time at this clean and well kept home near Greenwood Lake in Bethel. An easy 20-25 minute drive to Sunday River, this home is well-stocked, comfortable, and remote offering a little downtime after a full day on the slopes. Teenaged boys enjoyed hot tub and ping pong table. Kitchen was clean, bedrooms comfortable, and utensils and cooking appliance / surfaces all worked well. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would recommend it to anyone."

"We loved the dome! It was so unique and at the same time, a lot of fun! There was plenty of cookware, the bedding was super nice, the wood stove was so warm and created such a nice atmosphere, and the decor and design of the dome made for such a wonderful and comfortable stay! "We only had a very brief stay, alas, but made the most of the opportunity as best we could. A few updates are needed with the introductory welcome materials and equipment information that will be easy but useful to correct. Glad we had a chance to pause in western Maine, with a view of close mountains and the distant Presidential Range in NH. A couple of kitchen tweaks will be helpful for our cooking happy selves, though we enjoyed the spacious kitchen with adequate equipment, beautiful place...

"This is an ideal location for a fun getaway for any season. Plenty of room for a large/extended family. While there is a road between the house and lake it didn’t detract from the experience at all. Pro tip, in cooler seasons turn on the ceiling fans to push the warmer air down. Otherwise the main room will feel cold. The dock is slightly off level and a couple doors don’t latch completely but those are just signs of a well loved camp."
