2 staff members at front service is beyond we have 2 rooms 203 and 204. The staff way to busy for day like Thai new year festival how every they still service with care and smelling on their face. With big events like this management should have provided more staff or she definitely should get some bonus.

There were a few staff being nice but when my partner tried checking out and taking out out his stuff and double making sure he wasn’t leaving anything behind one of the front end guys just kept power tripping on him. Nice hotel but horrible service depending on who is checking you in and out.

The outlets didn't work so we couldn't charge our phones, watch etc. It was quiet and parking was good. Breakfast was OK but I didn't know what was in the paper. Waffles were good.

Room was okay. The walls had so weird stains on it so I bought lysol wipes to clean it off. They provide a small hand soap bar that felt like sandpaper so we bought hand soap for our stay.
