Located on Pine Channel, you can walk to fresh seafood and delicious wings at Kiki's Sandbar in 4 blocks or take a quick ride to Cuba Coffee in 2.4 miles. Take a picturesque drive to Key West's Duval Street in 45 minutes, home to world-famous pubs and fine dining alike. LIVING AREAS With a 4BR home and a full 2BR guesthouse, this unique Little Torch Key retreat has ample space for all your guests - plus a beautiful pool and private boat basin with ramp. In the main house, the light-filled living room has a sleeper sofa, love seat, and armchair surrounding a 40” TV. Settle in with your favorite shows or simply enjoy the water views. A den offers peace and quiet when you want to relax with a new book. The guest house living room has tile floors, a sleeper sofa, couch, and a 36” TV. KITCHEN & DINING Indulge your inner chef in the pristine kitchen, where granite counters and stainless steel appliances shine. A French-door fridge and double-basin sink make meal prep and cleanup simple and efficient. When it's time to dine, head to the sunny formal dining area with seating for six. The guesthouse kitchen also features granite counters and stainless steel appliances, plus a three-person dining table. BEDROOMS & BATHS Six bedrooms between the main house and the guest house accommodate 12 guests. Both homes are single-story. In the main house, the master suite has a king-size bed and a private bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and cheerful buttercup walls, and the third has a set of twins perfect for the kids. A shared bath between the two has a tub/shower combination. It's on a quiet key, but also close to a grocery store, tiki bar, and boat rental. The house isn't fancy, but it's clean and comfortable, and set up well for large groups. My suggestions for the owners are to stock the kitchen with more large serving bowls/platters, and to provide more additional bedding. There are pull out couches, but we didn't see any additional bedding. We rent several a year. It has beautiful landscaping and is in a great location. Plenty of room to spread out and be together! The boat ramp was a plus! the pool was so refreshing, and we spent a lot of time relaxing in it. Kiki's is in walking distance and has a great atmosphere and live music. We shuttled down to Key West one night and had a blast!! We came to lobster, snorkel on the reefs and relax at the sandbar, all very close to this property! We didn't want to leave! We will definitely stay here again. ##### Charity J.
