Latitudes - Ocean front with salt water pool.

This tropical 6 bedroom 4 bath oceanfront home has a private pool and huge outdoor living space. There is beach access, shared dock space and an outdoor gazebo to watch sunsets. Their is a 3rd story balcony that offers spectacular views of the sunrise and sunset.
You can bring up to a 24' boat or paddle out on one of the shared kayaks onsite. Fully equipped kitchen, linens, beach towels, a propane BBQ grill and 2 washer/dryers.

This home is priced based on the number of guests. The base rate is for up to 6 guests. Additional guests fee is $25 per night per person.

Your property manager lives nearby and is available if you have any requests during your stay

Ocean front private location!

You will be provided check in instructions prior to your arrival.

You will find both a Queen bedroom with an ensuite, and a Queen bedroom with a hall bath downstairs. Upstairs are two Queen bedrooms with a shared hall bath, and a master with a Queen bed and private balcony. There is a bonus sitting room with a pull-out sofa and privacy located next to the upstairs master.

Cudjoe Key is the perfect get away spot...removed from the hassle but close enough to enjoy Key West or Bahia Honda State Park in about 20 minutes!

Uber, Lyft and Taxis area available as well as Public Bus transportation. It is recommended that you have a car

This house is beautiful and it’s in a great location. There were only 4 of us so we had lots of extra room. It was well stocked and everything worked well. The pool was used every day even on the rainy days. I highly recommend renting this house.

Beautiful house. Super clean which we really appreciated. Perfect for multi family vacation. Kitchen is well stocked. The only thing i would recommend is upgrading cooking utensils, and add more bowls....there were only 3 cereal bowls in the entire kitchen.

Amazing home, great location

Beautiful home located on the water and nearby several great restaurants. Only 25 min to Key West. I would highly recommend this property to anyone searching this area for a vacation rental.

Amazing Beach House!

Our week in paradise was perfect! The house fit all of us very well. We loved having a kitchen stocked with everything we needed to cook. The pool was warm, great chairs to lay in and even had beach towels! The view was beautiful too! Would love to stay again!

Spring Break 2025

The property was close to the ocean. We enjoyed kayaking and fishing from the dock. We enjoyed being 20-25 minutes from Key West, but of course enjoyed all that Key West has to offer.The grand kids spent much time in the heated pool and enjoyed daily trips to different close by beaches.All had a very nice time.

Family Get together

What an amazing house and view! We rented this house and the Blue Palms for our family get together; it worked out great. Nice pools with seating areas, ping pong table, bean bags, kayaks and pier for a boat. I highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back some day.

Celebration Stay on Cudjoe Key

After our son graduated from the University of Miami, our family wanted to celebrate the event and spend time to together in the Florida Keys. We selected this house because of its privacy and large number of rooms given the size of our group. The house exceeded our expectations. Plenty of room to spread out, double decks to relax, saltwater access, and a pool. Wonderful memorable week filled with trips to the sandbars, sailing, scuba diving, and numerous family meals utilizing the BBQ.

Everything about this house was perfect! It is private, clean, spacious and the views are spectacular. Love the direct access to the water. Plenty of space to hang out outside. Easy and quick communication with the property management.

Perfect Stay!

We were a group of 9 adults and the house was perfect for us! It is equipped with everything we needed for the week. The pool was wonderful and well used during our stay. One of our group fished from the dock nearly every day and used the kayaks as well. We loved it so much, we already booked for next year!

Birthday Month Celebrations

The house is located close to Key West avoiding the long drive to other Keys. There are excellent restaurants right on Cudjoe and great charters to do back country fishing. Bahia Honda is beautiful beach to visit which is also close by. Property has a nice pool and room to fish from the dock. Can’t go wrong with the property if you are looking for 4 bath and 4 bedrooms L.

The house was very clean! Had everything we needed. Kayaks were utilized and had life jackets. Plenty of beach towels!! Refrigerator down in the patio area was very convenient. Overall a great house. Definitely would stay again!!

AWESOME TIME

Our family came to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday and we had a great time! The house was large enough to accommodate 12 of us easily, the pool was a comfortable temp although a bit salty, the downstairs seating area was where we spent most of our time enjoying the breezes off the ocean, and the view was beautiful. The location was great with access to Key West for all our excursions and nightlife on Duval St. We would highly recommend this home!

Great stay on the water in the Keys

This beach house is gorgeous! It fit our entire extended family comfortably and had plenty space and bathrooms for all of us. We loved the open living area along with a beautiful large porch to watch sunsets from. The pool is large and warm. Our children enjoyed fishing off the dock. The house is conveniently located with restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The management team was great to work with. Would definitely recommend this place!

Enjoyable stay

Beautiful property, right at the waterfront, We enjoyed walking up to the view of the Atlantic Ocean every morning. Three are 3 kayaks on the property that we used to go out into the ocean and that worked great too. The house is huge and easily accommodated our party of 8. The 4 bathrooms made things very convenient. Cudjoe Key doesn't have a lot going on but Key west is only 30 minutes away and has a lot of attractions. All in all, highly recommended!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Cudjoe Key home! Our family thoroughly enjoyed every moment, and it quickly became a highlight of our trip. The house was incredibly accommodating, perfectly suited for all of us, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The location was ideal—peaceful and quiet yet close enough to all the attractions we wanted to explore. Whether we were heading out for a day of adventure or just relaxing, it was the perfect base. The house itself was excellently maintained and well-equipped with everything we needed, from the kitchen to the living spaces. It’s clear that the owners have put a lot of thought into making sure guests have a comfortable and hassle-free experience. The pool was a huge hit with everyone!
