Accessibility: Our home is stilted with a set of 16 outdoor stairs and no other interior access. Our yard consists of gravel rock without smooth, flat access pathways. Downstairs Freezer can be used to store all seafood, bait and tackle.
Parking Please park vehicles or boat within designated areas outlined within our guestbook. Two vehicles can be parked in front of or beneath our home.
Boating & Boat Access The waters surrounding the Saddlebunch Keys and most of the Lower Keys coastal waters are very shallow - 1 to 3 feet deep. Generally, boats must not draft more than 18 inches in order to make it across the bay reef accessed via our canal to the open waters of the Atlantic and Gulf of Mexico. Cudjoe Marina is located 10-minutes from our home and offers boat ramp access, there are several public boat ramps for open water access on both Shark and Sugarloaf Keys as well as Stock Island.
Outdoor activities:
Floating mat is available for use. Beach towels available for daily use. Fire pit available for use. Concrete Seawall offers space to park a boat up to 25 feet.
Boat lift is available to rent separately for $750/month maximum capacity of boat weight must not exceed 12,000 lbs (excellent for boat under 25 feet). Must advise minimum 10 days prior to rental.

Contrary to listed property amenities, this is NOT a Cooks Kitchen ... everything in kitchen is very old and worn, including appliances, pots and pans, dishes. There is no propane supplied for the gas grill listed as an amenity so it should say "bring your own propane". There are only 3 counter chairs/stools which does not accomodate 4 adults and it was too cold outside throughout January to sit outside and eat at the outside table. On a positive note, the landlord was very quick in responding to all correspondence.
