This home is on a compound, we also have several one bedroom units as well as 2 bedroom. The perfect spot for large groups! Square Grouper restaurant and bar in the is down the street. Lower Keys Shuttle to Key West just steps from the home. Come and stay with us, you're sure to have a wonderful vacation.

Family get away

We had a fantastic stay, lots of room for our kids and even room for our family when they came over. Watched the sunrise on the enclosed deck every morning and evening had a walkway toSit on the water. Definitely recommend this location!!

Location and views are perfect, the home itself needs love. Lots of things broken. The pool is very clean kept up. The docks are nice. Landscaping is great!! Space in the home is amazing, the screened in porch makes the space huge. We opened the windows and doors and never shut them until we left partially because we couldn't, no idea how to lock the doors. 🤔😂 It was amazing. Big bathroom shower has no water, the smaller one has water but comes out weird. Fridge freezes the food and has no settings. Washer sounds like it's going to explode!! However, if you can laugh it all off and see past it, this home is probably THE best space locations and price for families on a budget. I would stay here again and again!! I did not want to leave, we stayed right up to checkout time.

We have stayed in the Keys often. This place has it all…great water views, kitchen of glass with more great views and an open floor plan full of light. The house is clean and nicely decorated. Dock was perfect for the boat we rented…caught lots of lobster the last several days of the season!

Family Vacation March '25

We fell in love with this property upon our arrival and during our stay! It was very comfortable and the large screened in porch with a view of the Atlantic was one of the stars of our stay during breakfast sipping coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. We enjoyed the peacefulness while we relaxed at the pool. We had two minor issues and after contacting the property manager they were fixed within the hour. We definitely would stay here again.

It's all about the view!

This house is on stilts, and the views from the Atlantic-facing side are amazing! You look over the treetops and see the ocean from the kitchen, dining area, one bedroom, and the giant screened-in porch! The view is expansive enough to give you a glimpse of both sunrise and sunset. When we were at the house, we spent much of our time on the porch -- we really didn't want to leave. The pool right behind the house was enjoyable and seemed very clean. The location is great -- only 30 minutes from Key West!

Great location and clean house

After reading the other reviews I packed my air mattresses… didn’t need them the beds were fine. The patio rail is fixed based on a previous post. Only 1 working TV but not a big deal. 2 built in ovens but neither works, not ideal for larger family to use a small toaster oven. The place was clean and you can’t beat the location.

Nice getaway

We enjoyed the house and the view. I got sick so I spent a lot of time there. I would ask that the owners throw away some of the things that are laying around like broken tables and chairs. Everything else was nice.

The Big House

We had 6 stay in the house. It was the perfect size with three bedrooms. The large screened in porch (with a gorgeous view of the water) was perfect for our friends staying in the cottages to join us for dinners. The pool was well maintained and the perfect spot to enjoy some sun in our down time.

We really enjoyed our stay. The screened porch made it even nicer. That's where we spent most of our time. The house itself is dated. But we still had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to rent it again. The owner and property manager were quick to respond to any questions.

Cudjoe Key visit

Great property, just as advertised. Clean, spacious. Comfortable accommodations. Nice location to access the lower Keys and all that they offer. Nice clean pool. All accommodations are upstairs. The entire house is on pillars. Host is responsive to specific inquiries in a very short time. Very satisfied. We may be back !

Location is key

This house is OK, but has a lot of broken things and a bit run down. As for location it is great. They just do not put in any effort to repair things or upgrade. For the most part we spent our time on the porch or outside going on adventures. This is what the keys are all about. We had a great time and that is what matters most.

The location and ambiance of the property is wonderful. The house itself could use some TLC and attention to detail. It was difficult to find because there is no number on the house and Google maps was confused. There are loose and damaged faucets, burnt out light bulbs, missing fan blades, minimal towels, and no hooks in the bathroom to hang your robe or clothes on when you shower. Most repairs could be done quickly and inexpensively and would greatly enhance the stay.

AMAZING HOME IN BEAUTIFUL LOCATION

Of all of our VRBO & AIR B&B stays, this home was by far SUPERIOR. We had the best time and the best sleep. The home is well laid out and beachy feeling in a lux way. It was a dream to stay there, and it inspires me to work harder so I can manifest more of this in my life for my family. The host was super responsive, and very kind. She made check-in and check-out super easy and stress free. We highly recommend this place to travelers to the Keys. We were able to explore much of the Keys from this location while having awesome views from our own windows. A+ 5-star experience. Thank you for having us in your home! Great Stay!

First off this is an older house but it was a big hit with the family. Very clean. It is a second story house on columns, so you have to be okay with stairs. The screened in porch was the best part. The dining area and master bedroom open up onto the screen porch. It was cool enough to sit outside at night and in the morning drinking coffee with a view of the ocean. Location was good, no noise and far enough from the highway. It’s located between key west and marathon. Do you can go either direction for things to do or places to eat. We’d stay here again.

There was mold around all the windows and doors. Oven did not work but the convection oven did. A lot of lights and fans did not work. Overall living space was clean and worked well for 3 couples. Almost forgot, screen needs secured on the porch. Bugs can get in.

Nice location, nice but very dated interior. Had challenges locking doors to leave for day, and ovens turn on but not off (set a timer is only way we could). Cleaning was good, but floors were filthy - for the cost of cleaning would think it wb better. Shower heads leave much to be desired. All in all though, great place for the price. Lots of parking, beautiful view and host was very responsive.

Disappointing

Tons of potential but needs work. If you are looking for a place with a functional kitchen, this is not the place for you. Two ovens, one doesn’t work, the other one is dirty and loud! No oven mitts, or aluminum foil, etc, but there is a rolling pin???? Only two coffee mugs, others are kids tea party size, an electrical outlet that doesn’t work, frig doors don’t consistently close. Many lights throughout rental don’t work or are missing bulbs, holes in walls, sloppy repair work, sliding door doesn’t lock, TV has white spots in picture, and 2 of 3 mattresses need replacing. Slept on the couch which was actually comfortable. Gave it 2 stars because of the view, screened in porch and decent living room. A lot of good reviews but the few bad reviews were accurate. Disappointing and left me reconsidering future VRBO rentals.
