The neighborhood is a trip but safe and friendly. Boat launch was empty all week. You have to park your boat in a designated area right in front of the ramp. Make sure you call ahead to reserve a spot. Make sure you are aware of the 150 non refundable deposit. We love the community and the amenities they provide. This year our family booked a total of three units. While we thought this unit was on the same street as the other two, when we arrived we were told it was on the opposite end of the park. It wasn’t a big deal, but a little inconvenient. We had received no check in information… so we had to contact the host after we had already arrived for access. Fortunately they answered and were easy to deal with.Otherwise our experience was great. The unit was clean, kitchen was fairly well stoked and we had a great time. ##### Kyle P.
