This Lobstering paradise is just 1 house down from open water on a deep 60 foot wide canal, breath taking open water views, direct access to the Atlantic and the Gulf via Kemp channel, 35' concrete dock/seawall with a fish cleaning station. Beautiful views of the open water from the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Perfect location to tie up your boat. This is a fully furnished 2 bedroom 2 bath home with spectacular sunrise and sunset views. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed, the second bedroom has twin beds. Central A/C and heat, overhead ceiling fans, full kitchen with microwave, full size washer/dryer, HD flat screen TV in living room and master bedroom, high speed internet, WiFi, and U-verse TV, beach towels, linens, dishes, glasses and wine glasses etc. During the peak summer/winter seasons and holidays, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Marina store with fuel onsite and 2 double wide boat ramps, Recreation center with billiards, darts, and ping pong, Post Office and a Library. Our gated community has a 24 Hour Security. The property was just as described. We have stayed in venture out many times before so we are very aware of the resort rules. If you have not stayed here before I would highly recommend reading through their rules. Their rules are fair, but it is very important to understand items such as vehicle parking and trailer parking. Really enjoyed the quick access to the main channel this house offers. Also nice to have a bait freezer available. Fresh water hose, bumpers on the dock for your boat. Easy access to the ocean. The house also had a main deck area, and a deck on the second floor. Living room and kitchen were adequate. The brooms and baths were small but doable. The house needs some work, and needs some small repairs. Rusty shower,, broken living room chair, etc. shower was not very clean, as well as pots and pans in the kitchen. Other than those small items that needed some care, I would recommend the house. This spot was amazing ! We kayaked and fished from our private sea wall! We are not eat out people, the kitchen had everything you needed to enjoy your dinner on the deck with a fabulous view. The house and location were beautiful. We had a small issue. I texted the owner and she very quickly got back to me and then followed up several times.
