The property lived up to our expectations and after just a few days started to feel like home. We were there for three weeks and one of the biggest factors was having access to the boat which allowed easy passage to the Atlantic and miles of reefs. We only had a couple of issues that came up which Linda helped to address quickly. There was plenty of parking, easy access and the house was well appointed. The kitchen is beautiful and the porch out back is relaxing. The only downside of this property is that the master bedroom is on the second floor and the stairs are pretty steep. The house is clean, welcoming & well equipped. We have a 24ft boat and had plenty of space to maneuver. Having the boat lift there (& usable) was also a very nice bonus. We have two dogs ( 40 & 60 lbs ) who enjoyed the screened in patio as much as I did & fit right in in the dog friendly neighborhood. We had family come and visit while we were there a few times & the house accommodated us all perfectly. Linda is a responsive and easy going host.
