As you step inside, you'll immediately notice the newly updated interior and furnishings. The living area is bright and airy, providing the perfect space to unwind after a day of exploring the Lower Keys or enjoying water activities. The fully equipped kitchen is a delight, featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and ample cabinet space. Prepare delicious meals and savor them at the bar with seating for 4 or outside on the screened porch.  
  
The two bedrooms are thoughtfully appointed to ensure a restful night's sleep. The primary bedroom boasts a comfortable queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom features a queen bed and a twin-bed bunk set — perfect for small families or friends traveling together. There's a cap on electric ($250) and water/sewer ($150).
