- Newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath with office space and air mattress if more beds are needed. Wonderful kitchen-living- dinning area in one big room. Community pool, hot tub, billiard room, card room (poker club), tennis, pickleball, horse shoes, clubs and activities. Golf cart to get to all amenities, Walmart, Cracker Barrel, two of the squares (Spanish Springs &Lake Sumpter). Very comfortable lawn chairs to take to concerts. Fenced backyard with doggie door (small to medium size pets). Very quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Automatic garage door with room for one car (golf cart takes up one space). 18 hole golf course in gated community. RV parking available at additional cost. Full lawn care. Did I mention that it is a quite neighborhood? If you are planning big parties nightly pass this one up! State of the art laundry. Enclosed patio with comfortable sectional couch. Barbecue (propane). You pay for electricity and water. Each usually run about $125 each per month.
