Beautiful hotel, spa was very nice. Expedia perk was free upgrade! Great location. Easy check in/out. All organic bedding. In room snacks & beverages, expresso. Call for ice. Only poor experience was ordering in room dining. Ordered toast and sausage & bacon, tea and coffee. With the price of the stay would have expected better with in room dining.

This is my favorite hotel I’ve stayed in. The rooms are so nice and the staff make everything so easy. I love the set up of this hotel and the best part is its location. You can walk to everything. This is the place to stay in Nashville.
