It is furnished and equipped kitchen. A shaded terrace can be used for reading, relaxing, or for lunch. On another level, another terrace to sunbathe; Table, chairs and sun loungers are available. The mezzanine twin cars. The kitchen / living room is equipped. Room with a large bed with ensuite bathroom which has a shower, a washbasin, a toilet, ironing board and a washing machine. Outside, a barbecue is at your disposal (bring charcoal). Your car is on the ground floor at the entrance of the house. If you prefer to keep this space, one parking is available at 50m. Mid-season, the cottage has a wood stove and an electric heater blowing. Dry oak wood is available. Located 700m above sea level on the foothills of the Cevennes between Gard and Hérault in the south of France, the hamlet is backed CEZAS south on the flanks of the mountain of La FAGE. The cottage benefits from a sunny climate and a breathtaking view over the plain of Nîmes, Mont Ventoux and the Alpilles even a corner of the Mediterranean on a clear day. You will be located less than an hour from the sea, Montpellier, Nimes, Pont du Gard and Mount Aigoual. Thanks to its equipment, you can cook and enjoy the local products. It is also equipped with a beautiful terrace. The village is surrounded by forests of oak, chestnut, pine, cedar and some other species. Wer den Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke haben möchte oder Angst vor bergigen Straßen hat, wäre hier falsch. Wer die Zeit mit einem überragenden Ausblick über Täler, Berge und Wälder in einem Haus mit viel Charme genießen will, hat es hier sehr gut getroffen. Das Haus (für 2 Personen ideal, aber auch für 4 Personen möglich) ist sauber und einfach, aber dabei mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Zwei kleine Terrassen stehen zur Verfügung und man findet unter einem wunderbar riechenden Feigenbaum Raum zur Entspannung. Antoine ist ein sehr angenehmer und diskreter Gastgeber, der mit seinem phantastischem Gitarrenspiel zur besonderen Atmosphäre des Hauses beiträgt. Ein Ausflugstipp noch, man sollte von Cezas aus unbedingt die Grotte des Demoiselles und den Jardin des Sambucs besuchen, es ist lohnt sich. Na dann, bon voyage… ##### Frank F. Der Vermieter war offen, freundlich und sehr bemüht. Das Häuschen mit Liebe her- und ausgerichtet. Un hameau chargé d'histoire et d'émotion où nous attend un hôte accueillant, attentif à nos besoins et soucieux du confort des ses touristes de passage. Un petit gite bien pourvu pour 4 personnes (2 lit dans la mezzanine et un grand Lit en bas). A la belle saison on pourrait aller en extérieur, sur la terrasse. En venant, ne pas oublier qu'on n'est pas à côté de commerces ni de bistrot ni de restau ! On est là pour profiter de la nature et on est bien servi ! ##### Bruno V.
