We were told that air conditioning wasn’t needed because this was a mountain resort and it was cool at night. The temperature inside the house was 90, we had no electric for close to 12 hours. The host tried to be helpful but you can’t overcome 90° temperatures indoor without utilities. Cell phones were dead, cold showers in the dark, my son fell and hit his head. They were Feral cats all over the property, and we were told to keep the windows closed because of this. Absolutely, without a doubt, the most miserable night we have ever spent. Además tienes a tu disposición hasta cuatro bicicletas gratis. El trato con la propietaria estupendo, muy atenta a todo lo que pudiéramos necesitar. Muy recomendable si quieres relax y no salir o hacerlo para visitar los pueblos, rutas, queserías, cuevas y demás que te ofrecen los valles de los ríos Baztán y Bidasoa. ##### Jose María C. La casa es incluso mejor de lo que se aprecia en las fotos, con unas cristaleras espectaculares, todo muy limpio, muy cuidado y muy cómodo. El trato con su propietaria, Haizea, excelente: en todo momento te facilita las cosas y está pendiente de ayudarte, de recomendarte excursiones y de que dispongas de todo lo necesario para disfrutar de la casa. La situación de la casa es perfecta, muy cerca de San Sebastián y de Francia. El entorno es precioso y hay infinidad de excursiones y sitios para visitar: cuevas de Zugarramurdi, vía verde del Bidasoa, bosque de Bertiz, parques de aventuras para los niños.......En fin , que el puente se nos hizo muy corto y eso que el tiempo no acompañó mucho. Ya hace unos meses que estuvimos en Angiz Etxea, la elegimos a través de Toprural por las fotos y los buenos comentarios, y no sólo no nos defraudó, si no que superó nuestras expectativas. Está perfectamente equipada, se nota que está hecha y decorada con gusto y con materiales de primera calidad, algo que no es de extrañar pues fue diseñada como vivienda de sus propietarios, y ¿quién no quiere lo mejor para su casa? El resultado es una casa moderna pero con el necesario encanto rural de la zona, acogedora y cómoda. Los espacios son amplios y cálidos, y sus grandes ventanales permiten disfrutar desde casi cualquier rincón, de las magníficas vistas que ofrece el pueblo y el entorno. En este sentido, destacan las vistas desde la zona de comedor y las que puedes disfrutar sin levantarte de la cama. De la limpieza y el orden sólo se puede decir que son inmejorables, casi demasiado, pues te da "cosa" dejar algo fuera de su sitio... Y en cuanto al trato, discreto y sencillo, pero atento en todo momento. Por cierto, en la casa puedes encontrar casi más información que en la oficina de turismo, y si algo te falta, Haizea te lo brinda de manera inmediata. Destacar también el precioso y cuidado jardín, en el que, además de poder hacer una barbacoa, puedes relajarte leyendo un buen libro en las cómodas tumbonas con las que está amueblado, así como continuar contemplando el verde y el azul de que está rodeada la casa. En cuanto al entorno, el pueblo es muy tranquilo y el paisaje te relaja con sólo mirarlo, además existen muchas posibilidades de actividades cerca de allí: Vía verde del Bidasoa, Parque Natural Señorío de Bertiz que es precioso y muy agradable para recorrer andando, etc. Asimismo, se come de muerte por la zona, a nosotros nos gustó especialmente el restaurante Donamaria´ko Benta, en Donamaria, casa del XIX restaurada, con habitac de juegos para los niños, un jardín muy especial y buena relación calidad-precio. Sorprende el equipamiento, la tranquilidad y sobre todo las vistas (lástima no llegar con el otoño en apogeo). El trato de Igor y Haizea discreto y a la vez encantador. La casa está perfectamente equipada. El trato magnífico. Hicimos excusiones tanto a parajes naturales preciosos como a ciudades próximas (Hondarribia, San Sebastián, San Juan de Luz). Está en un lugar mágico. Los dias que pasamos fué un auténtico sueño. Los dueños son muy generosos, encantadores y hacen que la estancia en la casa sea muy familiar y es mejor que estar en nuestra propia casa. Las vistas son espectaculares, y los pueblos de alrededor a cual mas impresionante. La gente es encantadora, amable y hacen que te sientas como si te conocieran de siempre. Sin duda recomendable para todos, para ir el grupo,con niños, en pareja, solo, es como estar en otro planeta. La tranquilidad, la belleza del lugar, la comida. Para los que vivimos en la ciudad, es el lugar perfecto para apreciar las cosas buenas que nos da la naturaleza, del campo a la mesa, directamente. Sin dudarlo estoy segura que repetiremos la experiencia. Dar las gracias a los dueños de la casa, por haber tenido la genial idea de dejarnos disfrutar del rincón mas entrañable y precioso de Navarra. De todo lo que puedo decir creo que me quedo corta, se lo recomiendo a todo el mundo. Es sin duda estar constantemente en una nube. Así que todo el que pueda, que haga una escapada a CASA ANGIZ ETXEA, porqué lo vais a recordar durante mucho pero mucho tiempo. Una valoración general....EXCELENTE. Muy agradables y simpáticos. La cuesta de la calle hasta la casa se compensa con la comodidad, la tranquilidad y el trato. Sin duda para volver si no fuera por la distancia desde Barcelona. La casa es tan bonita como se ve en las fotos, el entorno es fantástico y el trato excelente. Los dueños son muy amables y muy discretos, estuvimos como en casa. Lo mejor , las vistas desde el comedor y desde la habitación de matrimonio.
