Uitstekende bedden, goed uitgeruste keuken, fijne badkamer en tevens in souterrain een sauna, met douche, toilet en rustruimte. Carport voor de auto. Eigenaren zijn bijzonder aardig, gastvrij en behulpzaam. Prima uitvalsbasis om te wandelen en te fietsen met de racefiets, om de Vorarlberg te verkennen. Ook Bregenz en het Bodenmeer (met parels als Lindau, Wasserburg, Meersburg & Konstanz) zijn dichtbij gelegen (25 minuten, Bregenz). Fietsen rond het Bodenmeer is een aanrader (goed te combineren met een boottocht of een treinrit). Uitstekende restaurants op loopafstand van appartement, zo ook bakker en supermarkt.
