"The hotel is very clean and the front desk and housekeeping staff were very nice and professional. The breakfast staff were nice also but could improve by stocking up the breakfast items a bit more. Otherwise very happy with the entire stay! I recommend this hotel!"

"Breakfast was the same every day and very generic. Our TV did not work the whole time there. We told staff about it and they said they would be right up to take a look at it and never showed up. The pool closed at 9 and I believe 10pm would be better. The property description said they hat a hot tub, but did not. The tredmills were both jerky. Staff was friendly, just always seemed overwhelmed. One day, the breakfast worker did not even show up and they were not stocked with enough food. When I called attention to it, nothing was done about not having milk for the cereal or any fruit in the fruit bowl. The cleaning staff were always attentive and professional."

"The room was very clean. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I’m so glad there was a guest laundry. I just had to buy some laundry detergent. Thank you so much I enjoyed my stay at the Red Roof Inn!!!!"
