Location is very quiet, easy to get to, and close to everything we wanted to get to. Neighborhood was very quiet and tucked away. Nice lot with shade trees. House was decorated very nice, furniture and beds were comfortable. It had pretty much everything we needed for our stay. WiFi was not great, it kept loading and crashing. The refrigerator was something else, you had to slam it shut and kick the bottom of the door in to get it to seal so stuff would stay cool. The main bedroom was hot and the cold air didn’t make it down there, and the AC struggled to keep up, during the day it was 80 inside. Soft spots and holes all over the floor. Two main ones outside the main shower and garden tub. The peel and stick tiles were popping up in some places and made it a bit of a trip hazard. All and all it was an ok property and very affordable. ##### William B. There were a few things that the owner might not have known about, and when I told him at checkout his response was lukewarm. The heat did not work, but it was the first weekend in October so it probably hadn't been tested yet. There were a few bugs in the kitchen. There was also a gas smell that was noticeable when entering the kitchen in the morning or after being gone all day.
