35 km west of Savonlinna, Lake Saimaa 100 m, shallow, hard sand bottom, which deepens gently, own boat.  
  
Wooden villa built in 1904, renovated 2012, kitchen, dining room / living room, 1\. bedroom with double bed, 2\. bedroom with double bed, 3\. bedroom with convertible sofa bed, 4\. bedroom with double bed, 5\. bedroom with four beds. Library room, children's playroom, 2 showers, 2 toilets. Air source heat pump.  
  
Separate lakeside sauna built in 1987, renovated in 2011, 90 m², wood-fired stove and electric stove in the sauna, room with 2 showers, dressing room, toilet, living room with open fireplace, kitchenette. Terrace with wood stove and grill.   
Air source heat pump, electric heating, TV, drying cabinet. Mattresses on the loft for four people. Dining table for 12 people.  
Gazebo.  
  
By separate agreement / payment (must be asked prior to booking) available 4-6 extra beds / mattresses.
