The terrace offers a fantastic view over the Tysfjord, a part of Erfjord. Down by the fjord, a motorboat included in the rental price is ready to take you on adventures. In addition, you should try your luck fishing in the fjord or in freshwater and rivers in the area. The cottage is located in the middle of a beautiful hiking area with spectacular nature experiences in true Western Norwegian nature with steep mountains and waterfalls. Walk on marked trails in the Suldalsfjellene or Erøy in easier terrain. It is only a short drive to the cozy village of Sand with restaurant, salmon studio, Ryfylke museum and swimming opportunities. Day trips to Sauda are definitely worthwhile, there you will find the wonderful Svandalsfoss waterfall, a water park, golf park, restaurants and stores. In winter you have great skiing opportunities in Gullingen and Svandalen ski center. Day trips to Lysefjorden, Prekestolen, Stavanger and Kongeparken amusement park are also possible. Sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ein Manko gibt es aber. Es war keine Kontaktperson vor Ort, die uns ein bisschen eingewiesen hat. Wir mussten uns alles selber belesen. Wir fahren schon jahrelang in Ferienhäuser, da war zur Ersteinweisung immer eine Kontaktperson vor Ort. Noch eine Anmerkung. Es sollte in das Boot noch ein Ruder rein. Es war nur eins drin, und das ist in Falle eines Motorausfalls nicht ausreichend, wieder zurück zu rudern.
