Property is in a really nice setting. Wide open space. Nice variety of snacks. Rooms were clean. Staff was helpful. Loved that when you go to their internet ir lists options for dining etc.

Excellent and helpful hosts. Everything was great. They need to add an area in the house with local information

The room was very large with nice queen beds, a desk, garden tub and the bathroom was good size with a walkin shower. However, the shower temperature was hard to regulate and the water pressure was very low. It was difficult to shower and wash your hair. Although dinner was not included, we chose to eat in the restaurant onsite because of the lack of any other available options in the area. The menu had a fair amount of options and we were hopeful. But we soon found out a number of items were not available because the food had not been delivered or there was one cook with limited experience. The penne vodka with chicken we ended up with was ok at best and lukewarm in temperature. No bread and a very long wait. Minimal customers were in the restaurant but everyone had a long wait for service and food. A limited cold breakfast was included. Pastries were good but a microwave would have nice to heat them up.

The room had an overpowering smell of cleaning products, and the only ventilation was a small bathroom window, so there was no real way to air it out. The property sits right off the highway, and traffic noise carried through the night, which made it hard to sleep. The space felt like it was put together as cheaply as possible, with little thought given to comfort or design. Additionally, none of the amenties were maintained or available. If you just need somewhere to crash for one night at a low price, it does the job. If you're hoping for a restful stay, I'd look elsewhere.
