Room service staff was good, but the condition of the room, with AC leaking water at times, small TVs that would turn off periodically left something to be desired. The room smelled when we entered and had to be sprayed. I believe it was likely because of the moisture. There was a lot of moisture all around. "

"Hotel has no elevator, steps are high, no accessible room. I didn't stay there. I have to leave the hotel because my wife need accessible room and they dobt have a single room which ir accessible for a person with difficulty in mobility. I have arrived around 8:30 pm. I decided to leave immediately. Front desk manager said that if booking agent, expedia call them , they will return the money. Expedia states that they couldn't contact the hotel. I have contacted the hotel. They told that no one contacted them from expedia. Very tiring experience. "
