Two people can rent this tiny home on its own or you can pair your booking with the other two tiny homes and the main cabin, Suches Creekside Cabin. They are located in the National Forest and you can hear the babbling creek that used to be dammned to create the old mill, from your tiny home. Minutes to Winfield Scott and Vogel State Park. If you enjoy hiking, cycling or kayaking this is the perfect place to visit. No amplified sound equipment can be used outdoors between the hours of 10pm and 8am Sunday - Thursday and not between the hours of 11pm and 8 am Friday and Saturday. Suches Vacation Rentals provides the following amount of basic goods as a Starter Kit for your arrival at the cabin: Kitchen Trash Bags - 5 (under the kitchen sink) Paper Towels - 1 Roll per Kitchen Toilet Paper - 3 per bathroom Body Soap - Small sample bar soaps (with welcome kit in kitchen) Please make a note, this is a starter kit for your arrival. If you feel that you'll need more of these items you'll want to bring them with you or purchase them while you are in town. Since coffee and laundry detergent can be very personal choices we encourage you to bring those with you as we do not provide them. An ample supply of dish soap, dish detergent, shampoo and conditioner and hand soap are provided. Suches Vacation Rentals operates in a beautiful but very remote area of the North Georgia Mountains. Because professional linen services are not available locally, we personally handle all laundering in-house. Each guest is provided with two freshly cleaned towels. If you find you need extras, you’ll find a set of “seconds” under the bathroom counter. These are clean towels that have been dyed and repurposed to extend their life. While they may show mild wear or faint imperfections, they are freshly washed and perfectly suitable for use. We appreciate your understanding and your help in supporting our efforts to conserve resources and reduce waste while maintaining comfort for every guest. Suches Vacation Rentals is available by text or phone 24/7\. The number to reach us will be provided in check in information. You will hear a menu listing who is reachable at the time of your call. Our reservations person is available 9-5 for general assistance, guest services, for requests that require in person attention, from 5-10 pm, and from 10pm to 9am someone will be available for rental emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency or immediate danger please call 911. Pet Fee is $75 per dog. We only allow dogs. No cats. Pets shall always be secured within the boundaries of the property. If the property is not fenced, pets must be kept on a leash and always accompanied by the pet owner while outside. After traversing the long and windy road along the side of the mountain, I found this quaint little Tiny Home nestled amongst the woods. I was glad for my 4x4 vehicle as some of the road was quite rough. Not exactly isolated as there were a few other tiny homes within sight, it still felt perfectly isolated. The tiny home is clearly an older building and shows it's age. But it was no less comfortable than one would want. The wind and rain at night made soothing sounds against the house...I slept well. As I packed up to leave around 5:30a, I heard a wonderful call of an owl! Upon arrival I was provided with the wrong entry code and, when texting the host I was asked if they could call me back. I had to insist upon immediate service. Ultimately, I did receive the correct code and enjoyed a peaceful get-away for the evening. ##### Vincent H. The outside string lights didn't work due to a blown breaker. The couch was replaced by two uncomfortable chairs, and the remote for the fire stick was missing. On Saturday, while the temps were in the low 30s the wall unit went into defrost mode and didn't work. Luckily we did have a heater, but they never came back to fix the main unit as they said they would. Overall the stay was ok just little problems that were an inconvenience.
