I could not make it. They refused to accommodate me. Expedia tried to mediate, they were very uncooperative. I, nor my team of 200 will consider them in the future. Trial run. They failed miserably. Go with Hilton Garden by the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame. We are here now having a blast.

No hot water in bathroom sink. Hairdryer didnt work. Could hear everthing going on in next room. Walls so thin. Smoke detector kept chirping. Finally had to Change rooms.

I was there for a week sick and nursing myself back to health on antibiotics. Staff was always rude when I called the office. I found out after a week that I just got COVID on top of my bronchitis, was quarantined to my room, and went to call office to get a room for another week and was told to leave and go to hospital. I'm a nurse first of all the last place your supposed to go ia the hospital your supposed to quarantine for 5 days,. What the staff did was completely illegal, and I could have took further action but I just chose to take my mioney where. I will never stay there again, not will my family or friends, or anyone I happen to come into contact with to hear that ridiculous unprofessional way of running an establishment

Nice stay for one night.
I could tell that the staff takes pride in keeping the hotel clean. My room was very clean and comfortable. It was updated as well. There is a beautiful pond in the back.

Got a smoking room without asking for it. (apparently this also occurred to others, some of whom left — smart move). It stank. Tried to change before checking in early in the day. Not even a budge from the front desk. Bathroom door would not shut. Entire interior is worn out. Looks like the motel shootout scene from “No Country For Old Men.” Hard to believe the cost ($176) given the product. Got up and got out. Good for a laugh someday later.

We checked in and they put us in a room that was dirty and not cleaned yet. It took longer than it should have to get us in a cleaned room. Even the cleaned room had a smell to it and wasn’t that clean.

While the room was clean, it was very dated with few amenities. The "breakfast" in the main room was coffee, some fruit and pre-packaged junk food. People in adjoining rooms were very noisy late at night and early in the morning.
