Life is sweet, vacations are sweeter, at Sugar Sand! Push open the front door and step to your left into the home's spacious open concept living room and dining room. Sit down on the couch and watch a movie on the wall-mounted TV, or sit down at the dining table for a bite to eat between beach trips. Standing in the living room and dining room, hints of the ocean water can be seen through the kitchen and dining room windows. The spacious kitchen, adjacent to the dining room, has plenty of counter space, including the center movable island, to whip up all the vacation treats you may need. Through the kitchen, one of the home's bedrooms and first bathroom can be found. This bedroom houses a king bed and a writing desk, with plenty of natural light from the windows on two walls of the room. Head upstairs for the remaining sleeping arrangements, where the expansive ocean views will make your jaw drop. To the right of the stairs, the home's primary bedroom can be found, with numerous seating areas, a writing desk and your own private balcony to take in the sea breeze and watch the waves break on shore. When it's time to fall asleep, leave the glass patio door open and close the screen before listening to the waves as you fall asleep on your king size bed. Across the hall, the home's final bedroom is found, with two full beds, a telescope for all your stargazing needs, and no shortage of incredible water views. The rooms feel spacious, it gets lots of light and feels open and airy, and there truly are water views. The appliances were all in working order. The house is very clean, and I found the decor very tasteful and appealing. There are many houses surrounding it, so no privacy, but the neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors pleasant. There are lots of comfortable places to sit, inside and out, and the kitchen is well equipped. The communication and instructions were timely and clear, so the process went quite smoothly. My favorite things about this house were that there were separate thermostats for upstairs and downstairs, and there was a seemingly endless supply of hot water. The town of Sandwich is lovely, although we are partial to the beaches in Wellfleet and Truro. We had a very enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this house. ##### Marie D.
