Friends and family refused to stay during the Christmas duration of our stay, ruining the whole purpose of renting the property and our Christmas with family.Absolute disgraceful? If management of Stayz has any compassion and agrees the property is sub standard, we would definitely like to hear from them to discuss further compensation. "
