Excellent communication. I requested new pool cues because the two available were broken, and the next day I found two new ones. An employee was in the elevator when I entered, he asked me what floor I was going to, I thought he was going up too, but no, he pressed the button for my floor, wished me a good day, and left. I'd never experienced such courtesy. We were able to check in two hours early. Great service at Starbucks, at the bar in the pool and the restaurant. Thank you all!

Check in is across the street from where you will be staying. Staff were friendly. It was not extremely dirty but grounds need to be power washed. Kids enjoyed themselves on water slides. Tiki bar closed extremely early (5pm). Leko Geco (on-site restaurant) food was average but overpriced. Room service never brought extra towels the whole time we stayed.
