It had a good AC-unit, fresh bedsheets, comfortable beds. Very good communication with the host, fast replies and thorough instructions. Good price and close to a nice beach, a little outside the city center but no more than a 15 minute walk.
Something we want to pinpoint is that the bathroom was slightly unpleasant. The shower had no curtains and no place to hang the shower head on, so it got really messy in the bathroom.
