The room was very clean & private and the pool and views were great.

Our stay at Vertali was made truly special by the outstanding customer service. Every member of the team was warm, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making our vacation memorable. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we felt cared for and appreciated. A very special thank you to Kiki, whose kindness, professionalism, and positive energy stood out every single day. She consistently went above and beyond and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another room number. I’d also like to recognize the incredible breakfast team. Their friendliness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Exceptional service is what transforms a great hotel into an unforgettable experience, and the team at Vertali did exactly that. Great room, amenities and food. The property is not brand new but it was very well maintained and everything was clean and in excellent condition. The pools were all very clean and well maintained, the beach was incredible and the food was excellent. Great location and you must go check out the lake which was 5 mins away. Excellent resort for a family with children.

The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. However when we arrived our shower had a leak and this wasn’t fixed until the night before we checked out. So 4 nights of a dripping shower The pool was clean and the pool beds too, We had a shared pool which was nice and private. The food was so good, limited choices but even those choices - the food never tasted bad at all. However the restaurant itself was definitely not the best. The staff were a bit slow tending to tables. Service at the restaurant wasn’t as consistent. The gym had good well maintained equipment. We never got to check out the sauna or steam room properly as they had been switched off nor the indoor pool which was too cold for me ( they did warn us about the indoor pool as well ) But they looked clean and well maintained However nowhere on the hotel description is it stated you have to pay daily to use the safe or that you have to pay use those pool beds with curtains or that you have to pay for the beach beds which there’s only about 10 of them. Overall we had a good little break at the resort. It was lovely weather lovely food. Ohh and the water slides were definitely nice and it too in your face either.
