The property is a 3 bedroom south facing detached property built in 2015 to an incredibly high standard, compromising an open plan modern kitchen/living room, Oak finishing’s throughout, an enclosed garden, BBQ area, & patio area, and an upstairs living room with a multi fuel stove and outstanding sea views. Sit back and enjoy a glass of wine in front of the log burner in the upstairs living room, with views across to Hoy and even the mainland of Scotland on a clear day. Enjoy a relaxing evening relaxing in our brand new hot tub (available for all bookings from August 2025 onwards). Sky TV is available in both the kitchen living space and the upstairs living area.
