Parking at the house. Grocery, restaurant, bus stop 500 m, swimming bay 600 m, bathing lake "Wolfgangsee" 600 m. Skisport facilities 15 km. Nearby attractions: Kaiservilla 12 km, Wildpark und Streichelzoo 1 km, Aberseer Heimatmuseum 2 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Postalm 15 km. Hiking paths: Strobl - St. Wolfgang, Schafberg, Bürgl Panoramaweg.
