In the house: lounge, sauna, fitness room, hot tub, table tennis, trampoline, central heating system. Parking at the house. Shop 1 km, shopping centre 10 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Strážné, náměstí" 1 km, railway station "Vrchlabí" 11 km. Nearby attractions: Zámek Vrachlabí 10 km, Krkonošské muzeum Vrchlabí 10 km, Rozhledna Žalý 14 km, Špindlerův Mlýn 19 km, Sněžka 38 km.
