The staff is very helpful and courteous! Loved the complimentary water at check-in, checkout, and also in the fitness room. The fitness room is exceptional. Free weights, weight machines, Pelotons, quality treadmills, etc.

We were there for 5 days. It was impeccable. The location, service, ambiance everything was perfect! All small attentions that makes you feel comfortable. We took the water taxi from (and to) the airport directly to the hotel fastest way to get there. Easy to walk around and along the waterfront. Breakfast was excellent

Delivered our room service breakfast to another room and we were charged for it (more than $50)
Food options limited at both restaurants and room service Loud celebrations in lobby with kids (world cup & foosball). Lots of visiting teenage athletes (Harvard etc) and crowds.
Expensive for quality now (run down) but good location for walking, Uber to Mass General. Room quiet. Signs of ? Recent flood with big fans in hallway
