We enjoyed a two night stay at the hotel. Breakfast had a nice range of food and a hot breakfast available to order. The room was quaint and had a real homely feel. Lovely features and decor. Would definitely stay again.

The property was spacious and clean and had a wonderful view of the river. It made us consider buying an apartment there honestly. There was a miscommunication at the beginning with the code to get our key because the automated message didn't have all of the details, but thank goodness it was during business hours so somebody came down and helped us. I would definitely go back in a heartbeat.

Wry nice property - has everything you need, is centrally located on the island and, best of all, Josephine is very helpful with anything you need!

The location is great, but the property needs work all over. Rooms ,facilities, and common areas are just run down and not appealing at all. The staff was nice and we had no issues there at all. The rooms are barely acceptable. We are NOT fancy folks and travel extensively. This is the worst room situation we encountered during our 12 day stay in Scotland. Its apparent that the owners/operators are happy with the situation because everywhere you go in the hotel needs cleaning, paint and some sort of modernization. I decided not to report all the minor issues with the room since it seemed a waste of time to do so. Broken mismatched furniture. Plumbing issues. Room climate situation, and just generally everything in the room is needing a facelift or actual maintenance since things are broken or do not work. Bad matress, and pillows and sheets were just old and worn.

The restaurant was awesome! Would come back just for the Prawn Biryani. Beautiful cabins as well. Staff was all very nice
