Roomy house in Shottery
We were a party of 10 adults (4 couples and two singles) and enjoyed our two night stay at Oak Cottage. Downstairs is very roomy, where we could congregate as a group or find a quiet space. We snugly fitted round the formal dining room and filled the 4 double and 2 single bedrooms on the first floor. Well equipped kitchen and huge fridge freezer made catering very easy. It’s an easy walk of a mile into the town centre and we would really recommend a guided tour. Friendly pub Bell at Shottery less than 5 minutes walk away. Would recommend Oak Cottage but think that it would need to be a family group with small children to accommodate 12-15 people.

Beautiful home in a beautiful area
We stayed over the weekend and the house was perfect for our family event with 14 guests. A short walk into the town which is a lovely place to visit

Family Wedding
Very spacious house for family gathering. We are a family of seven adults and the house had plenty of room for more. The house is ideally situated in walking distance to Stratford’s town centre, yet far enough removed from crowded tourists. We had a lovely time.

Great location for two families of four in the Cotswolds. Comfortable and well-equipped lodging; walking distance to local shops, sites, and pubs, and hospitable host.

Lovely break
Teresa-Anne was a great host. The communication in the run up to us staying was fantastic and even provided some recommendations for local places to eat. The house was lovely and the cat Timmy was very cute. Location was fantastic, very close to Stratford city centre.
