Comes with a parking space which is a bonus in Stratford however the gate to the car park didn't work when we arrived and it might have been easier to have a phone number to contact rather than having to go through the vrbo app to communicate with the property manager. It's in a great location, literally 2 mins walk to the centre of the town. The instructions for checking in with keypads etc were clear and easy. We stayed for 5 nights in what can only be described as a perfect apartment.The apartment is very well appointed and very well furnished and has everything you need for a stay. it was really clean and tidy.Getting in can be a bit confusing at first as it is all keypads but after doing so for the first time it's fine. It also is a very secure property which gives you complete peace of mind.You have your own parking space in a secure setting which is a must for Stratford, I have never seen so many parking inspectors in a town! There must be tickets being issued left right and centre. So as I said the parking space is an absolute bonus.The position of the apartment is perfect. If you think of the town as a cross the apartment is at the bottom of the cross. Everything, pubs, restaurants, the river and all the beautiful old building are within a 10 minute walk. Every evening we left the car and walked to a lovely restaurant or pub for a meal and drink.Would we go back? In a heartbeat, we love Stratford Upon Avon and have been a number of times but nothing has come close to this apartment - not even near. When we go back it will be to Montague House. ##### Kevin C.
