  • Lazny 3 km from Nezdice na Šumavě: Large, modern, comfortable chalet "Lazny", built in 2016, surrounded by trees. On the outskirts, 50 m from the edge of the forest, 50 m from the stream. Private: property, garden 1'000 m2 (not fenced) with lawn. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Available: sledges. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Grocery 2 km, restaurant 10 km, bus stop 100 m, outdoor swimming pool 250 m. Riding stable 4 km, ski lift 4 km, slopes 4 km. Nearby attractions: Národní park Šumava 15 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: SKI Kašperské hory 10 km, SKI Nezdice 4 km, SKI Javorník 8 km. Please note: suitable for families, not suitable for small children.
    5-room chalet 280 m2 on 2 levels. Spacious, with sloping ceilings, comfortable and tasteful furnishings: entrance hall. Interconnecting room. Large living/dining room with 2 sofabeds, Scandinavian wood stove, satellite TV, flat screen, radio, CD-player and DVD. Exit to the veranda. 1 room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, grill, electric coffee machine, steamer) with bar, dining table. Shower/WC, bidet. Upper floor: lounge, with sloping ceilings with radio and CD-player. 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 3 beds, satellite TV and flat screen. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 pull-out beds (2 pers.), satellite TV (flat screen). Shower/WC, double hand-basin. Electric heating. Please note: suitable for families. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

Kurzurlaub im Herbst

Von der Buchung, über die Anfahrt bis hin zur Schlüsselübergabe lief alles Reibungslos. Das Haus mit großem Garten und Grillplatz sind gemütlich. Die zwei Bäder sind in einem guten Zustand. Hier und da könnte etwas besser gereinigt werden. Die Sofaüberzüge sollten mal gewaschen werden. Bettwäsche ist sauber, gehört aber erneuert. Die Karlsburg ist wenige Kilometer entfernt und ist eine Besichtigung wert.

Hübsches Häuschen aber kleine Besonderheiten

Das Haus ist hübsch, liebevoll eingerichtet und war bei unserer Ankunft sauber und ordentlich. Die Küche ist (bis auf scharfe Messer) ganz gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Leider gab es ein paar abenteuerliche Besonderheiten: 1. Ameisen - das waren leider ungebetene Gäste in der Küche 2. Maroder Spielplatz - das Holz an der Rutsche war so morsch... Sanierungsbedarf! Trotzdem im Großen und Ganzen ok.
