This 70m2 apartment offers a comfortable and well-equipped space. Its location will allow you to have a pleasant stay exploring the city of Strasbourg. It consists a living/dining room with two double sofa beds a fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster) two bedrooms with two single beds each a shower room a bathroom with bathtub and toilet separate toilets The apartment is on the 3rd floor with elevator, above the "BOULANGER" store located at 30 rue du 22 Novembre Rue du 22 Novembre being pedestrian, you can access the building near the building only at certain times (from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m.). In the immediate vicinity (around 100 meters) are the public car parks “indigo LES TANNEURS” and “indigo KLEBER”. These parking lots are right in the city center, so convenient for one or a few hours, but they cost 44 euros for 24 hours! You also have the possibility to park in the Halles P2 Sebastopol, Halles P3 Marais vert car parks (around 500 meters) or at the GARE WODLI car park (around 900 meters) whose price is 20 euros for 24 hours. The entire accommodation will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you as best as possible during your stay: cleaning will be done, the beds will be made with clean sheets, and a necessary sofa bed will be at your disposal, clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat and a tea towel per kitchen, free WIFI connection You have the possibility to reserve several apartments in this building. This historic district has many local shops. The apartment has a baby bed and a high chair (This equipment is designed for children weighing no more than 15kg and under 3 years old). Remember to take bed linen for the baby bed, the size of the mattress is 60x120cm or to reserve the “baby bed linen” option at an additional cost. In accordance with regulations and for your safety, the number of occupants of the accommodation, adults, children and babies included, cannot exceed 15 people. Do you want to sleep in a double bed? In the absence of prior reservation for this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, you will be charged a penalty of €60 cleaning costs. For stays of 8 nights or more, a complete weekly cleaning with change of all linen is included in the price, always with the exception of the equipped kitchen and dishes. The desired weekly cleaning day (excluding Sundays and public holidays) must be indicated on your yaago traveler space at least 48 hours in advance. It will be confirmed to you subject to availability. Weekly cleaning is free. If you do not want this service, it can be canceled but will not be refunded. Perfect for families and has big living areas and 2 full bathrooms which is hard to find in Europe. if I had to complain about something because it’s an old building the floors are squeaky which is only a problem if you are a light sleeper. It was the perfect place from which to explore the city center. It was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Compared to our other rental experiences, this one lacked some of the thoughtful little touches to start your stay like some sort of personal soap, regular coffee (only decaf), sugar, spatula, napkins or paper towels. We did appreciate the guidebook and instructions. The place is clean but not deep cleaned…grease caked vent over stove (and not working) very bad odor from kitchen sink drain; some dusty baseboards type thing. The dishwasher racks are pretty broken down and hard to close properly. But the beds and bathrooms were very clean. Overall it was a good place to stay. ##### Daniel D.
