This property is located about 30 minutes from the train station and 20 minutes from Strasbourg city centre, by tram. It is located in a residential block of apartments with a central courtyard. It was very comfortable for me and a friend who joined me for part of the trip. The bed and sofa bed were both comfortable and the apartment was quiet at night. I felt comfortable in this apartment and the area as a single woman. Easy learning curve for using the tram. There is a Lidl across the street from the block of apartments, which is open until 8 every night (closed on Sunday). The owners were quick to address the one problem that we had during our stay. The owners speak some English although communication was mostly in writing. Generally, outside of hotels and tourist attractions, it’s good to have some basic French or level of comfort with French. The owners have developed a guidebook, in French and English, for the apartment and area. The building is very secure. There is an elevator, a Nespresso (original) if you want to bring your own pods. The bathtub/shower might be a bit high to step into if you have mobility problems. There is a parking spot underground, which I didn’t use.
