Fully equipped, the apartment includes 1 large bedroom with a living area. The bathroom and the kitchen are separate. It is located in a very quiet residential area and porch of all services and amenities (bakery, post office, bank, shops). Access is direct from the A35 motorway, and the nearest tram station is a 5-minute walk away. It takes 20 min. by tram from the station and 30 min. from the airport. You can park your car in the street or in the garden courtyard. Ideal for a professional or tourist stay with friends or family. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und die Schlüsselübergabe verlief ohne Probleme. Vom Apartment aus ist man in ca. 20 Minuten mit der Tram in der Stadt. Die Kommunikation mit Pascal und Najoua war sehr gut, Fragen wurden mir schnell beantwortet. Das Haus mit dem Appartement liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und hatte alles, was ich benötigt habe, schön eingerichtet und super sauber. Während meines Aufenthaltes wurde sogar eine Zwischenreinigung durchgeführt. Es war gut gelegen, mit dem Rad war ich innerhalb von 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt, nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß bei der nächsten Tram - und Bushaltestelle. Einen Parkplatz zu finden war nie ein Problem.
