This historic district offers a wide variety of local shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with elevator. It includes a living room with sofa and TV, a dining area and a fully-equipped open kitchen (fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster), a spacious, bright bedroom with queen-size bed and desk area, and a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.
