Fully equipped and refurbished in 2015, you will be seduced by its atmosphere and conviviality. It consists a living/dining room with a double sofa bed a fully equipped open kitchen (fridge/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster) two bedrooms with two single beds each a bathroom with bathtub separate toilets The apartment is on the 3rd floor with elevator, however, you must first climb a 20-step staircase. Rue des Grandes Arcades is pedestrian, you can access the bottom of the building by car only at certain times (from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m.). But the "Gutenberg" public car park (open 24/7) is close (50m) to the apartment. The entire accommodation will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you as best as possible during your stay: cleaning will be done, the beds will be made with clean sheets, and a necessary sofa bed will be at your disposal, clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat and a tea towel per kitchen, free WIFI connection This historic district has many local shops. The apartment has a baby bed and a high chair (This equipment is designed for children weighing no more than 15kg and under 3 years old). Remember to take bed linen for the baby bed, the size of the mattress is 60x120cm or to reserve the “baby bed linen” option at an additional cost. Would you like to sleep in a double bed? Once the reservation has been made, you can reserve a “double bed” option at €30 per double bed, so that the 2 single beds become a double bed, with a double mattress and a double duvet. House rules: This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited. Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning costs. Animals are accepted on request (animals under 15kg and not dangerous) with a supplement of €30 per stay per animal. It is requested that animals be kept on a leash outside the accommodation. Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms. However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called “complete cleaning” of the apartment before your arrival for €30\. In the absence of prior reservation for this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, you will be charged a penalty of €60 cleaning costs. For stays of 8 nights or more, a complete weekly cleaning with change of all linen is included in the price, always with the exception of the equipped kitchen and dishes. The desired weekly cleaning day (excluding Sundays and public holidays) must be indicated on your yaago traveler space at least 48 hours in advance. It will be confirmed to you subject to availability. Weekly cleaning is free. If you do not want this service, it can be canceled but will not be refunded. For stays of 7 nights or less, it is possible to reserve a “cleaning during the stay” option before the stay, always with the exception of the equipped kitchen and the dishes with an additional charge, upon prior reservation. We were able to walk everywhere and to enjoy all the parts of the downtown Strasbourg and the Market. The apartment was exactly as described and suited our needs perfectly. My husband and I were traveling with our 30 year old daughter, so two bedrooms and one bathroom were perfect. The fact that the WC was separate made it even more suitable for three adults. The description was clear about the steep steps. We only used the lift for luggage. However, someone with mobility issues might find the steps to be too much. As I said the apartment was perfect clean, comfortable, and right where we wanted to be! We would certainly recommend this apartment to others. ##### Deborah P. We stayed here with my 73yr old mother and she had to take the first set of stairs slowly but it wasn’t too bad as we could carry her luggage and there is an elevator on the 2nd level. Also we were locked out (forgot our keys) the first night and couldn’t contact the owner. Literally had to go get a cheap hotel that night!! The wrong after hours contact # was listed on the main contact page and it took awhile to contact the manager. So keep your keys with you as the keypads dont work after hours!! Otherwise our stay was comfortable. This was in a great central location near restaurants & shops, and we could easily return for a rest and to escape the heat in the afternoon. It was really hot while we were there and there is an air conditioner unit & fans which was nice. However one of the bedroom windows was stuck closed and we all ended up sleeping on the floor in the main room as it was too hot in that room one of the nights. We were able to contact the manager again to open it for us the next day. The kitchen was well stocked and the linens & bathroom was clean. The washer was difficult to figure out and again the manager had to come fix a fuse or something. Overall a few inconveniences but I would recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again. Just be persistent in messaging/calling the manager if you need anything!!! ##### Mandy G. The apartment was very clean 2\. The beds were reasonably comfortable 3\. It is close to the cathedral and many other tourist sites On the other hand: 1\. Communication was very poor. We had arranged a late check in and followed the instructions to a T, but were unable to access the apartment key for over an hour after we arrived. Also, we requested a late check out but did not receive a response until a full hour after check out time. (Our request was denied.) 2\. The street-facing bedroom is extremely noisy, especially at night through the early morning hours. 3\. The kitchen is poorly equipped. The drawers and cabinets are crammed with surplus utensils and miscellaneous equipment, but basic items, such as cutting knives, were completely missing. Le centre de Strasbourg étant piéton, l'appartement est situé en plein centre de la zone touristique, on peut tout faire à pied et il y a un parking à proximité immédiate de l'appartement. L'appartement est au calme. Le ménage est irréprochable. Nous avons passée un super séjour dans cet appartement. RAS ---
